Most Embarrassing Moment: So many that I wouldnt know where to begin.
Best advice you could pass on: Nap daily, dont take appointments till noon, never stand when you can sit, never sit when you can lay down & there are no big deals unless you can look at the issue & honestly say that when you are 80 years old, sitting in your rocker, they will matter at all. If its not completely life changing, then its not a big deal. Lastly, treat friends, loved ones, strangers, & yourself with kindness.

Bio: I was born & raised in Louisiana. Then moved to Texas at 20 & California at 21. I earn a living in the Special Event business where I coordinate & decorate red carpet events. I also have a bicycle resale & internet business. I had an accident last year where I broke my back, pelvis, & several ribs. I took a year off & now am training again to have a fun & adventurous 2011 season.
